Once iris:go is available to your company, it’s easy to download from your phone – simply follow the steps below and enjoy your new streamlined travel itinerary.
iris:go is available to download straight from the Apple App Store for iPhone, and in the Google Play Store for Android devices.
From the Welcome screen, enter the email address and password you use to book your business travel online with us.
If you don’t have a password, simply enter your work email address and click ‘Reset password’ to enter a password of your choice.
Within a few minutes you should see your profile and travel itineraries. We hope you enjoy using our app - feel free to give us a review on the App Store/Play Store if you do!

I’m not a customer - can I use the app?
If you’re not a customer of Capita Travel and Events, unfortunately you won’t be able to register for iris:go. If you are interested in becoming a customer, speak to a member of the team on 0871 521 9800.
What devices is iris:go available on?
It’s available on iOS7 and above and optimised for iPhone 5 and later models, or on Android devices, versions 4.1 (Jelly Bean) and above. We’re currently looking into offering it on Windows devices.
